NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196 of 30/06/2003 (Privacy Code)

ModenaFiere S.r.l. provides the following information in accordance with article 13 of the Italian Privacy Code:
1) General purposes of data processing. 
All personal data acquired and/or requested both prior to establishing the collaboration or business relationship and while the relationship is underway will be processed with the aims of responding to your requests, fulfilling administrative and legal requirements, meeting contractual obligations, verifying the company ModenaFiere S.r.l.’s correct fulfilment of these obligations and permitting the best possible execution of the company’s business activities in pursuit of its purpose.
Providing personal data is optional, but necessary to set up and execute any agreement/contract/collaboration; in the event of refusal to provide it, it will not be possible to set up any kind of relationship with the data subject.
2) Processing methods
Data will be processed using methods and tools suitable for guaranteeing confidentiality and may be processed with electronic or automated tools (computers set up in a network which is not accessible to the public) and with non-automated methods (archives on paper), both implemented with adequate security measures, such as customised passwords with exclusive access, personal identification codes and archive access control, as required and regulated by articles 31 through 36 inclusive of the Code and in compliance with article 11 of the Code.
When beginning or continuing a relationship, our company will not only process your personal data but may, if the information is provided by you or appears in documents you provide to us, become aware of data which the law defines as sensitive (data which may reveal racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership in parties, trade unions, religious, philosophical, political or trade union associations or organisations, or personal data which could reveal information on your health or sexuality). The company may only process this data with your prior written consent.
3) Communication and disclosure of information
The personal data you provide may be communicated and disclosed by our company:
a) only where permitted by law, for the purposes of compliance with administrative, accounting and/or fiscal requirements of the type identified in point 1); 
b) only to external consultants of the company ModenaFiere S.r.l. providing fiscal and/or accounting services, for fulfilment of the requirements identified in point a);
c) to subsidiaries and/or affiliates, sales networks (agents, dealers, collaborators and/or distributors), sub-suppliers and subcontractors involved in execution of the contractual or business relationship set up;
d) only with your specific consent, which may be revoked at any time, your personal data (not including sensitive data) may be included in ModenaFiere’s lists for mailing of newsletters and informative, advertising and promotional materials regarding ModenaFiere S.r.l.'s business activities.  
e) only with your prior specific consent, which may be revoked at any time, your personal data (not including sensitive data) may be disclosed by including it in the Internet site “www.motorsportexpotech.it” and in advertisements in trade magazines;
f) only with your prior specific written consent, which may be revoked at any time, your personal data may be disclosed to companies working in the same field as ModenaFiere S.r.l.;
In no case may your data be transferred outside the country.
4) The data subject’s rights

This notice may be completed, orally or in writing, with additional information to satisfy all your requirements regarding information on privacy and to implement and comply with new developments in Privacy legislation.
